
Surgical case
The AVINENT surgical case stands out for its clear layout and attractive design. It places at the practitioner’s disposal instruments with a wide range of possibilities, easy to use and with a high precision guarantee. Its simplicity is reflected by the small amount of parts necessary and the basic concepts established. The drilling sequence is clearly indicated through a simple colour code, depending on the diameter of the selected implant, and the accessories allow any eventuality to be solved during surgery.
All the parts are placed on a sterilisable tray, and its transparent lid allows a full view of the interior.
The box is made of a material which is very easy to clean.
The surgical box includes: round bur or pointed drill, pilot drill, drills with different diameters depending on the implants, countersinks, screw taps, drill extender, parallel pins, screwdrivers and torque wrench.
The twist drills with no interior cooling, mechanically marked and with laser for an optimum control of the depth, have a colour code the same as that of the implants. These instruments guarantee excellent properties based on the material’s resistance and the meticulous design of its bit.
The best cut and the few vibrations allow it to be easily and pleasantly used and the guarantee a high durability. It is advisable to use them a maximum of ten times.

Surgical motor
A surgical motor designed exclusively for implantology, it is reliable and easy to maintain. The CHIROPRO 980 table-top system for one or two BASCH sterilizable hand pieces, with wires. It allows the speed and the instrument’s real par to be controlled
with precision. It has a large retroilluminated screen that indicates all the parameters in seven languages and allows eight programs to be modified manually. An electronically adjustable peristaltic pump incorporated. CHIROPRO guarantees the safety required by the 93/42/EEC health regulations and the CEI 601-1-2 electromagnetic compatibility regulations.

Torque wrench
AVINENT’s torque wrench is a high precision surgical instrument totally made of titanium and marked with laser. Easy to separate and to assemble, it is made up of only two pieces. Its torque value is 0-45 Ncm.
