AVINENT Science and Technology has been working for years to take care of fundamental pillars such as sports, continuous training, inclusion and health. Entities such as AMPANS, Club Atlètic Manresa, Baxi Manresa, UMANRESA-Fundació Universitària del Bages, Althaia or Grup Llobet, among others, are some of the companies in the territory that participate in the activation of transversal synergies with the aim of continuing to create new social and economic opportunities.
The latest collaboration for this purpose has been between AMPANS and AVINENT. The two entities have signed a contract for the comprehensive cleaning of the medical area of Avinent and the industrial area of Vilardell Purtí. The cleaning section of AMPANS will ensure from now on the good state of the facilities contributing to the improvement of the equipment. Specifically, the AMPANS staff will take care of the cleaning of offices, dining rooms, bathrooms, changing rooms and common areas of both the medical area of AVINENT and the industrial area of Vilardell Purtí.
The AMPANS cleaning service employs people with intellectual or physical disabilities, people with mental illness and people from vulnerable groups who require supported employment. It has been 25 years since this section of AMPANS was put into operation; started by servicing AMPANS's own centres and became professional in 1996 with the first external cleaning service.
AVINENT Science and Technology wants to consolidate a culture based on corporate social responsibility in the coming years, executing new actions with this same objective and for that reason it is in permanent contact with the country business hub.
