Guarantee Conditions

Avinent offers a 5-year warranty on products made of Cobalt Chrome and Titanium alloy. This warranty is only applicable to Avinent CADCAM products.

The warranty does not cover any additional costs. Avinent’s liability will not exceed the payment made to Avinent for the purchase of the product.

Exempt from warranty are:

• Structures that have been misused. This includes:
  • Damage due to not following material instructions, mishandling in preparation, design, and finishing.
  • Damage due to the use of third-party parts.
• Structures from patients that do not meet hygiene standards.
• Structures that fall or break due to implant failures or trauma.
• Structures that deteriorate due to usage.

Guarantee Processing

The warranty can only be processed by the laboratory that signed the ‘Custom Dental Products Manufacturing Agreement’ and subsequently placed the prosthesis order. They are the sole beneficiary of the warranty and cannot be processed by any other entity or the patient.

Avinent disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, written or verbal, regarding the products. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or non-infringement.

Avinent is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits and damages from data loss or loss of use arising from the use or sale of the product.
